APPARELL
RETURNS - CHANGE OF MIND
If you change your mind or have purchased the wrong size, which we know can happen, you may be eligible for a Refund, Exchange or Credit within 30 days of purchase.
If we are not notified or your item is not returned within 30 days of your purchase date - then your items will not be eligible for a refund, exchange or credit.
All Returned Postage is at the cost of the Sender.
To be eligible for a Return, your item MUST be Unused, in Original Packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
Items WILL NOT be Refunded, Exchanged or Credited if:
- Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Full Priced Items
Your options are:
- Refund: Then your refund will also be less our Shipping Fee.
- Exchange: Items can be exchange to the value of the Total Cost. An additional Shipping fee will apply to have the items reposted back to you. You will NOT be eligible for Free Postage on your returned order

RETURNS - FAULTY ITEMS
If you have received your item and it is Faulty, then we are truly sorry for the inconvenience.
All Faulty Items do need to be notified to us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
If you are unhappy with a product or your order for any reason we welcome you to email us to discuss.
If an item received is damaged or faulty we will replace or refund once we have investigated the issue on a case by case basis and seen proof of damage/fault - this could be in the in the form of photos via email NOT SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS or in some cases, sending the item back to us.

PERISHABLEs
As these items are perishable we will NOT accept refunds/returns.
These products are also made to order so once the final order date has passed a no cancellation policy applies.
If an order is to be cancelled after this date NO reimbursement will be made.
