Shipping policy

We know you want your goods ASAP !  

We aim to process and ship all orders within 24 hours. 

During Sale or Promotion periods, our order volume can be quite high, so please allow a couple of extra days to receive your goods.

 

Mr Magoo's Equine Services is not responsible for any stolen products/packages if left at your chosen shipped address unattended. 

Items are shipped via Australia Post, we cannot be held responsible for delays, lost items after shipment has left our premises

WE DO NOT ship to P.O Boxes or OVERSEAS

All orders come with a Tracking Number which will be emailed to you once your order has been Dispatched.

DELIVERY TIMES

If your items are in stock and are not a Pre-Order Item - then we aim to package and dispatched from our Warehouse within 24 hours.

Standard Shipping within Australia takes 1-7 working days.

 

 

Please Note: Once you order has left our Warehouse, it is the responsibility of Australia Post.
